Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is custom printed just for you. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for full details.

Final Sale Policy

All print-on-demand (POD) items are final sale and non-returnable. Since every product is custom printed at the time of order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Defective or Damaged Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error on our part, we’ll gladly make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at Repsandgiggles@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem (e.g., misprint, damage, wrong item, etc.).

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

We cannot issue replacements or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color or placement (due to the print-on-demand process)

  • Incorrect size or design ordered by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

Order Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your item will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
